Editorial Standards

How we report, source, and correct our work.

Accuracy first

Every story is built on primary sources, such as company announcements, official data, research papers, and government records. We name our sources where we can and link to them. We do not publish numbers or claims we cannot stand behind.

Clear and honest

We avoid hype, clickbait, and exaggeration. A headline always reflects what the article actually says. When something is uncertain or disputed, we say so.

Independence

Our editorial decisions are made independently. Advertising never influences what we cover or how we cover it. If a story involves a company we have a relationship with, we disclose it.

Corrections

We fix mistakes quickly and openly. If you spot an error, tell us through our contact page. When we correct a substantive error, we note the change at the bottom of the article.

Use of AI tools

We may use software tools to help with research and drafting, but every article is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human before publication. A person is responsible for everything we publish.
